Over 6-7 sessions:
4- 5 indoor sessions (90 mins)
2 half-day social excursions (3-4 hours).

2 facilitators present in all sessions.

Before committing to a full term, we encourage your teen to join the first session as a trial ($86).
After the session, we'll share our observations and feedback to help determine if the program is a good fit. We also encourage your tween/teen to decide for themselves whether they'd like to continue, as their comfort and interest are important to us.

Rhythmic Connections (RC) is a 7 week group journey nurturing and empowering tweens & teens in Singapore age 9-12 and 13-19 to grow with courage, creativity and connection through yoga, mindfulness, music thera-play, creative expression and half-day social excursions.

𖦹 RC is safe for all neurotypes. Our facilitators are neuro-affirming and experienced with supporting teens with ASD, ADHD, OCD, GDD, CP and other neurological conditions.WE INVITE ALL TEENS WHO WISH TO:
𖦹 Cultivate friendships outside of school environment and be a part of community with empathetic and like-hearted peers.
𖦹 Navigate real life hardships like friendship fallouts, bullying, hard conversations, transitioning to new schools and new environments.
𖦹 Explore authentic creative expression through music, movement, and art.
𖦹 Practice social communication and relationship skills
𖦹 Develop skills to build awareness of body and mind (emotional landscape and thoughts).
𖦹 Explore ways to nurture emotional, mental and physical well-being.

The intention is to give your child real, repeated experiences for safe social connection and be equipped with life skills that nurtures their overall mental, physical and social well-being.
It is an opportunity to build friendships and practice social connection outside school and home settings in a safe environment that is modelled and facilitated by experienced practitioners.
