Rhythmic Connections Term 3 For neurodiverse teens (Ages 13-19)
Term 3, 2026:
23 August - 4 October
Group size: 6-8 teens
Rhythmic Connections (RC) is a community and friendship group that nurtures and empowers neurodiverse teens with life skills to grow with courage, creativity and connection.
Through yoga, mindfulness, music therapy and the creative arts, our sessions support participants to:
✔ Explore mindful & joyful movement, breathing exercises and restorative poses
✔ Build body and breath awareness
✔ Emotional regulation: Connect, feel, express our emotions
✔ Develop awareness of our nervous system and expand emotional literacy
✔ Practice communication and social skills
✔ Cultivate compassion & self-acceptance of all parts
✔ Deepen connection and understanding of oneself and our peers
